Sure! Free samples are supported if you only take 1 to 2 pairs, but the shipping freight is on your charge

What if I want to buy samples first?
If you want to buy samples to check our quality, please note this:

Baby shoes:
  • Less than 20 pairs: $1/ pair
  • Over 20 pairs: Normal wholesale price/ pair
Kid shoes:
  • Less than 5 pairs: $2/ pair
  • Over 5 pairs: Normal wholesale price
How do you packing?

Can I visit your factory or office?
Sure! You can contact me before your visit. And let me know the purpose about this trip, so that we can make sure we can talkless. The sales will send you the address as well.
What is your payment method?
We support various payment terms, like Credit Card, Paypal, and so on. You can choose the proper one for your service. More can be negotiate with our SA.
How can I ensure the goods quality?
We have professional IQC and QC Team, who will followthe whole process from raw material to finial product. Also, we will confirm with you the sample detail before the mass production, ensure the goods according to your requirement. Besides, you can get a free sample for checking quality.
What is your lead time?
It depends on your order quantity. If less than 300, it needs 2 to 7 work days. If more than 300, that should be negotiated with SA
What is your shipping?
We provide different Logisitcs ship out your goods by sea, air or fast express.  Even, you can choose one of the following Logistics Mode:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to America, Europe and Australia, and so on. These options will be available when entering your address at checkout. Orders shipping internationally can take 7 to 15 days to arrive.  If is mass quantity, the time may spends longer that SA will negotiate with you.

We want you to have your shoes as soon as possible, so you’ll be charged these nonrefundable shipping, duties and taxes at checkout. This saves you the hassle of completing a complicated customs payment process that could delay your delivery. And we definitely don’t want that.

How can I track my order?
Once you have made a purchase from us, you will be provided with an order number. You can then easily track your order by sign in, and fill in your telephone number or your e-mail, then the logistics track will show on.
